Hello! I'm J. Karppinen aka Valhelos. I'm an artist, Illustrator by choice and Graphic Designer by trade, working from Finland.
I have a degree in graphic design and have been interested in art from a young age.
I work both digitally and traditionally creating illustrations and character portraits with the themes of fantasy, animals and creatures, skulls and bones, halos and other religious symbols, and horror. To me there's something pleasing in religious iconography mixed with the macabre.
Gifting divinity to viscera, rot and decay.
